where do i stand legally?

I recently had my clutch replaced but the garage has messed up so much else:
-Intermediate shaft bearing is in wrong place (outside housing)
-Aircleaner has come loose (broken the bracket)
-Battery is not clamped down and the terminal now comes loose
-Heater hose bracket is not connected
-Driveshaft oil seal is leaking

All of this was a result of a clutch replacement at mr clutch...how do i protect my rights to get this fixed by them for free... they will just say it was like it before and it was not

Advantages:

Disadvantages:
 

More noisy than a split system
Outputs up to 11,000btu. Not suitable for large areas unless you buy multiple units
Must be installed on the inside of an external wall

Suitable for:

This type of unit is ideal for conservatories as it can be installed through the top of the brickwork below the windows on a dwarf wall. It is also suited to installation through a sash window - simply sit it on brackets and close the window on to it. Other popular installations include offices, porta-cabins, hard standing caravans and small offices.
